Meetings

We have 2 meetings per month...

General Membership Meeting

This is the place to make your voice heard and to vote on post issues.  If you have suggestions, recommendations, questions, or complaints, this is the place for them.  Addressing these things at the bar are not likely to get you anywhere. 

These meetings are open to the Post Officers and all members in good standing (dues are paid up), are held at 6:30 pm on the 2nd Monday of each month (Sometimes this conflicts with holidays in which case that meetnig is usually cancelled.), and are held at the front end of the Capt Black Hall (aka the bingo hall).

The next meeting date is always posted here at the top of the right sidebar.  It is also posted on the digitial sign in the Post.

Members are not required to attend but it is strongly suggested you attend as often as you can so you know what is going on with the Post.

Executive Committee Meeting

This is a closed monthly meeting of the Executie Committee which is made up of the Post Officers and the 3 at-large Executive Committee members and as such is not open to the membership.

This meeting is held at 6:30 pm on the 4th Monday of every month, also in Capt Black Hall.

This meeting is used to discuss pressing financial, employment, organizational, legal, and other issues.
