About Us

Post 67 was chartered in 1923 and has been in continuous operation since.  Our Post includes a chapter of the Ladies Auxiliary for the spouses, children, and grandchildren of veterans, male or female, and a squadron of the Sons of the Legion for sons and grandsons of veterans.

Our primary function is to support Veterans and Active Duty Military of all branches.  Beyond that we also help their families as well as the community through events, direct donations, and a variety of programs. See the Community Outreach page to see some of what we have been doing this year.

We offer a clubroom with reduced cost adult and soft beverages, snacks, pool table, dart board, juke box, 2 TVs, digital info sign, electronic and paper pulltabs, weekly Queen of Hearts and 50/50 drawings, and the occasional raffle.

The adjoining meeting hall, named after Capt. William P. Black, is used for monthly meetings, weekly bingo and a variety of regular and special events held throughout the year.  It has a larger screen TV and is available to the members for private events.  When not in use for meetings or events it provides additional seating for the clubroom.
