The Woodford Post 67 Service Officer (PSO) currently works on a "contact us and we'll get back to you" basis.
Howard Whitehead is now working at becoming an accredited Veteran Service Officer (VSO). In the meantime, we have a new Post Service Officer (PSO), Mr. Paul Mounts.
To contact the PSO, either:
Our goal is to try to help in any way we can, mainly by helping you find whatever resources you may need.
For instance, would you like to use VA's telehealth but you don't have a computer or other means to do it? Do you need to print or scan something or have other need for a computer? Then contact us at the Post and we can most liklely help you out by letting you use ours.
When it comes to the VA, unfortunately, we are limited as to what we can do. Federal law prohibits Post Service Officers from completing or even providing counseling on completing VA forms. What we CAN do is take down your basic information and forward it to a local VSO. In this case, that would be John Costigan who works out of Georgetown Post 24. If you want to skip the middleman, John can be reached at 502-395-1949 or by email at john.costigan.vso@gmail.com.
Also, see the Links Page for possible resources and information.
Sorry, Active Duty folks, we cannot intervene with your Command or your Service's processes and procedures in any way.
Also see our PSO sub-pages in the menu at the upper right.
